The HT Group is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a client based in Nederland. This is a contract-to-hire position offering $16-18hr DOE, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Greet guests: Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Maintain office organization and manage office supplies/inventory
- Set up meeting spaces for management, clients, and guests
- Perform data entry tasks, including per diem tracking
- Prepare and file documents; assist with reports
- Support projects and billing processes as needed
- Stay flexible and adapt to evolving company processes and responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management in alignment with company growth
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative position
- General computer proficiency and comfort with technology
- Proficiency of Excel (no advanced formulas required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Dependable, fast learner with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adapt to new tasks and shifting priorities
