The HT Group is seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service Supervisor for a contract-to-hire position in Beaumont, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume communication environments and delivers outstanding customer service. The schedule is Mon-Fri. 8am-5pm, with occasional 7:30am start times. Pay is $17–$20hr DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily customer service operations
- Handle high-volume phone, email, and chat communications
- Review and update customer accounts
- Provide billing updates and resolve inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry
- Generate and process customer service reports and paperwork
- Support and train customer service team members
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Agriculture industry experience – major plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable managing phones, email, and chat in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Excel and working with spreadsheets
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
