  • Accurately estimate labor, materials, and administrative costs
  • Develop scope documents and bid leveling packages, and level bidders to ensure complete scope and accurate pricing
  • Collaborate with business development and division leadership on bid strategy for each opportunity
  • Lead small estimating teams on large pursuits and assist with resource scheduling
  • Participate in interview prep and customer interviews
  • Maintain detailed records of estimate revisions to support open book projects

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Two year degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines with accuracy

Why This Role

  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your family, with a cash benefit if you opt out
  • Three retirement vehicles: 401(k) match, profit sharing, and employee stock ownership
  • Annual discretionary bonus tied to company and individual performance
  • 3+ weeks PTO to start, paid holidays, sick time, and flexible hybrid scheduling
  • Employee ownership culture with a genuine people-first operating philosophy
