The HT Group is seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resource Business Partner for an exciting full-time opportunity in Valencia, CA. We are looking for a strategic HR professional with 10+ years of comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in critical thinking, change management, and operational HR functions, while providing day-to-day support and long-term strategic guidance to onsite employees. In this role, you will partner closely with site operational and engineering managers to drive onboarding initiatives, facilitate conflict resolution, and develop effective workforce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create, implement, and review HR policies and procedures
– Be the “go-to” person for any onsite Human Resource needs
– Partner with hiring managers for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
– Facilitate training programs for employees and managers
– Manage employee relations and investigations
– Support total rewards strategy, benefits administration, and employee relations
Key Requirements:
– Proven expertise in California employment law, particularly for hourly employees
– Strong background in a manufacturing environment (150+ employees)
– 10+ years of success in Human Resources
– Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
– HR Certification strongly preferred
– Proven adaptability in a changing environment
