Senior Salesforce Developer – Internal Systems & Integrations
We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer—or a professional with a similar technical background—to support the configuration, administration, and enhancement of internal-facing systems that enable efficient customer lifecycle management. This is a hybrid position based out of offices in Austin, TX, San Diego, CA, or Washington, D.C..

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development & Administration
- Build, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Design and support integrations and internal tools to extend Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel, aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with users to provide system training and ensure adoption of best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Analysis
- Partner with business units to understand operational needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation and system enhancements.
Technical Support
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Salesforce and related applications, resolving escalated issues.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and custom components.
- Support a growing user base of 75+ internal users.
System Integration
- Leverage tools like Workato and DocuSign to support system interoperability and workflow automation.
- Ensure reliable data exchange between Salesforce and external systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, especially within Service Cloud and FSL.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4) is a plus.
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Workato or similar ETL tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, MySQL, and other scripting languages.
- Experience working with APIs and building custom connectors.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
