The HT Group is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative focused on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding their companies footprint in the West U.S. region. If you have at least 3 years of experience in technical or consultative sales and are passionate about connecting with clients this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-growth company.
 
Sales Rep (West Region)
Location: Must be based in the Western U.S. and able to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
 
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical or consultative sales, ideally in a technology-driven or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for sales tracking and outreach.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of consumer technology, AV systems, or experiential marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
  • Deliver tailored presentations, upsell to existing clients, and collaborate with leadership to close deals.
  • Provide excellent service, resolve issues, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends and report on sales activity to help shape strategy.
