The HT Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead all aspects of marketing strategy for an innovative technology company. This on-site leadership position that requires a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution across branding, digital marketing, product launches, content strategy, and sales enablement.
Director of Marketing
Location: On-site – Louisville, TN (Must be located in or willing to relocate to Louisville, TN – this is an on-site role)
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Background in both B2C and B2B marketing, ideally in creative tech, experiential marketing, or consumer products.
- Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and generating qualified leads.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/HubSpot, Webflow or Shopify, and design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with company objectives including brand voice and positioning across all channels and customer segments.
- Create quarterly marketing plans with defined KPIs and manage the marketing budget and partner with Sales to develop pitch decks, brochures, email sequences, and case studies.
- Build and lead a small internal team while managing relationships with external partners and freelancers.
- Manage website content, UX, and lead conversion strategies including blog posts, videos, social media, case studies, and brand campaigns.
- Lead performance marketing efforts including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
- Implement analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
