We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Junior Recruiter to join a growing Advanced Manufacturing organization in Redmond, Washington. This individual will support recruiting efforts across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in recruiting. This role will provide hands-on experience with sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and the full recruitment process within a fast-paced, technical environment.
Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite
Comp: $95,00-115,000
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open positions and candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications and fit.
- Recruit for positions across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment processes.
- Manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
- Track recruiting activity and provide updates on candidate pipelines and open positions.
- Learn and apply recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and market trends.
- Support the recruiting team with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with positions that may require U.S. person status, export-control eligibility, or security clearances when applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR, staffing, customer service, or related experience.
- Interest in building a career in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new recruiting technologies and systems.
- Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting tools is a plus but not required.
- Manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or other technical industry experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
