To ensure a smooth transition for the anticipated growth plan, The HT Group has brought on David Dole as Director of Operations.
As Director of Operations, Dole will standardize procedures and work to foster company culture as The HT Group expands. The HT Group has aggressive goals to grow as a company, with a three-year plan to double in size. Dole’s unique background makes him an ideal fit as The HT Group plans for this future.
Dole joins The HT Group from Snelling, where he was Senior Manager of Training and Development, overseeing onboarding and the company’s learning management system. Prior to that, he held positions in HR, implementation and recruiting, giving him valuable insight into the field. He’s a Certified eEmpACT Trainer and has over 12 professional and industry certifications in leadership and management development, software systems, and staffing.
Dole, who volunteered with Restart in Dallas, helping coach people through unemployment, is proud to join an organization that dedicates time to the community. The HT Group partners with a number of charitable organizations, most notably Dress for Success Austin, the beneficiary of the five-years-strong Giveback Party, and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
