We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Recruiter to join a growing Advanced Manufacturing organization in Redmond, Washington. This individual will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on recruiter with experience supporting technical and specialized hiring within aerospace, defense, aviation, or advanced manufacturing. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and consistently delivers high-quality talent in a competitive market.

Location: Redmond WA – Onsite 
Comp: $135-180k 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and business objectives.
  • Recruit for specialized positions across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, and operations.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and build pipelines for passive candidates and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining responsiveness, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning and proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate engagement, and hiring efficiency.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
  • Evaluate candidates based on technical qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews, communications, and competitive offers.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Support positions requiring U.S. person status, export-control eligibility, or security clearances when applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles.
  • Recruiting experience within aerospace, defense, aviation, advanced manufacturing, or another highly technical industry.
  • Strong partnership experience with hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Experience managing multiple/high-volume requisitions while meeting hiring goals.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting rapid growth, expansion, or increased production demands.
  • Experience recruiting both individual contributors and leadership-level positions.
