We are seeking a Recruiter to join a growing Advanced Manufacturing organization in Redmond, Washington. This individual will be responsible for attracting and securing talent across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and identifying high-quality candidates for technical and specialized roles. Experience recruiting within aerospace, defense, aviation, advanced manufacturing, or another technical industry is preferred.
Location: Redmond, WA – Onsite
Comp: $115K–$140K
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand open positions, technical requirements, and hiring needs.
- Recruit for positions across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, supply chain, operations, and corporate functions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified active and passive candidates.
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Help facilitate competitive offers and provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.
- Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics, including pipeline activity and time-to-fill.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement.
- Support positions that may require U.S. person status, export-control eligibility, or security clearances when applicable.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends and talent availability within technical and manufacturing markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles.
- Recruiting experience within aerospace, defense, aviation, advanced manufacturing, or another technical industry is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable partnering with hiring managers and building relationships across an organization.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruiting documentation and records.
