The HT Group has partnered with a fast-growing, industry-leading outdoor brand to hire a Logistics Coordinator for its Austin team. This is an excellent opportunity for a logistics professional to gain hands-on experience with a highly recognized organization while supporting a fast-paced, global fulfillment operation. Reporting to the Associate Fulfillment Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will support the execution of the company’s fulfillment strategy and day-to-day logistics operations. This role works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, supply chain, IT, third-party logistics providers, and transportation carriers to ensure orders are processed accurately and products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate brings strong systems knowledge, attention to detail, and experience supporting transportation and global logistics operations.
Pay Rate: $20-24/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
- Actively work within the ERP system to process and release commercial invoices to warehouse partners for international small-package orders.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support efforts to error-proof order entry and fulfillment processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for order, fulfillment, and transportation-related questions or issues.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of orders within the ERP system.
- Provide track-and-trace support to third-party logistics providers (3PLs), transportation carriers, and internal customers.
- Monitor transportation activity and carrier milestones to support timely and accurate shipments.
- Assist with running, maintaining, and publishing daily operational reports.
- Support global logistics activities and coordination across international shipments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of logistics, transportation, fulfillment, or related supply chain experience.
- Strong Excel proficiency and ability to work with operational data and reporting.
- Working knowledge of EDI connectivity, including electronic data exchange between internal systems, carriers, and logistics partners.
- Working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), with an understanding of carrier milestone transmissions and shipment status updates.
- Working knowledge of global logistics, including international transportation and fulfillment processes.
- Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Strong computer, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, 3PL providers, and transportation carriers.
