The HT Group is partering with multi-site healthcare services organization to hire a Director of HR to strengthen and stabilize its HR function. This individual will partner closely with HR leadership, Operations, and Finance to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational growth, operational effectiveness, and business performance.This is an opportunity for a proactive HR leader who enjoys building programs, establishing processes, and taking ownership of strategic initiatives.
Location: Remote (Must be able to commute to Chicago 1-2 times per month)
Comp: $140-160 base + 15%

Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current HR operating model and identify priorities, risks, and process gaps.
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across a distributed, multi-site organization.
- Optimize ADP and improve integration with HR processes and technology.
- Strengthen compensation, benefits, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and HR support.
- Establish scalable HR processes, controls, and service-delivery standards.
- Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted support system for doctors, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
- Build strong relationships with physicians and organizational leaders while serving as a key resource for people-related matters.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
- Support performance management and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support HR integrations related to acquisitions and continued growth.
- Coach and develop junior HR team members while providing hands-on leadership.
- Develop a roadmap for continued improvement of the HR function.
Qualifications
- Significant HR leadership experience at the Director or Senior Director level.
- Broad HR experience across operations, compensation, benefits, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, and HR technology.
- Experience developing or implementing performance management programs and workforce planning initiatives.
- Experience in multi-site / multi-state environment.
- Deep, hands-on ADP experience required.
- Proven ability to quickly assess an HR function, stabilize operations, and implement process improvements.
- Experience with M&A, acquisitions, or organizational integrations strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior leadership, Operations, and Finance.
- Hands-on, collaborative leadership style with experience developing junior HR teams.
