Andy Lambrecht Executive Advisor - CMO

Andy Lambrecht is currently CEO of Jumpbeat Strategy, where he consults with and advises business owners and leaders in growing their businesses beyond expectations. In three years with Jumpbeat Strategy, he has worked with business owners across a broad sampling of industries to create vision, design strategy, and improve their overall effectiveness.  He also works with businesses to define product/market fit, validating product and business concepts to improve their likelihood of success.  He provides ongoing business advisory and coaching services to business owners to help them grow their businesses and themselves.  “Strategy comes naturally to me,” says Andy, “and I often wonder why others don’t see what seems obvious to me”.

Prior to forming Jumpbeat Strategy, Andy held business unit management, marketing, product management, and strategy roles at companies that ranged from pre-IPO growth companies to Fortune 500.  As a business unit manager, he led a business approaching $200MM where he focused a broad product line on growth areas and led a global team in delivering complex, market-leading solutions to top tier customers.  As Director of Marketing & Product Management, he created and led the execution of a strategy that transformed a previously declining product line – growing revenue 150% in two years in a mature market where customer design cycles were typically 12 months.  He has held marketing and product management leadership positions at Analog Devices, AMD, SigmaTel and Standard Microsystems (now part of Microchip).  Prior to the marketing and product management phase of his career, he held engineering and engineering management roles at VLSI Technology (later acquired by NXP) and Texas Instruments where he served as a lead computer systems architect for advanced, high-performance, multi-computer systems.

Andy holds an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee.  When not hard at work growing businesses, he enjoys traveling, learning, music, and Vol football.
