Recruitment: Our executive recruiting team directly contacts each candidate by phone, qualifies them and presents the opportunity to gauge interest and meet the criteria. Candidates are then scored and prioritized for screening.
Screening: All qualified candidates are screened and interviewed to ensure requirements are met. We then package all information into a thorough presentation that will be shared and discussed directly with you, which includes resume, salary history, interview summary and key criteria.
Hiring: Our corporate recruiters coordinate all interviews and manage the candidate through the entire hiring process including salary negotiations, preventing counter offers and reference checking.
