The HT Group is partnering with a premier manufacturer and distributor of industrial energy products to find an experienced Territory Sales Executive. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing both direct sales and channel sales channels, including OEMs, resellers, and manufacturing representatives. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients while also identifying and cultivating new business partnerships to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in assigned territory. Must have experience in Industrial Power, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Oil & Gas, IIoT Products, or similar industry. 

100% Remote (Western states highly preferred)
Comp – $105k base + commission
 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for both direct and channel sales channels
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify  potential channel partners, including OEMs, resellers, and manufacturing representatives, to expand market reach and distribution network
  • Conduct regular sales meetings with clients to educate them on product offerings
  • Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting/lead generation to negotiation, contract management, and closing
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities

 
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Must have experience in Industrial Power, Industrial Electronics, Automation, Oil & Gas, or IIoT Products
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with experience in managing both direct and channel sales
  • Proven experience building relationships with channel partners ( i.e OEMs, re-sellers, manufacturing reps)
  • Strong understanding of project-based sales
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset 
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
