The HT Group has a client in Downtown Austin seeking a skilled Temporary Receptionist to fulfill receptionist responsibilities, such as warmly greeting employees and guests, handling phone calls proficiently, overseeing office inventory, and providing support for clerical tasks.
 
Contract Role: June 3rd – June 6th

$22-$23/hr


Fully In Office

 
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a clerical role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
