The HT Group is looking for a Bilingual TEMP PART TIME HR Clerk for a client located in Orange. Estimated to last until January 2025. Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-2pm but may vary, working around 25-30 hours a week. Pay: $15-$17hr DOE.
Does not have to have direct HR knowledge but would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records
* Prepare and process HR documents
* Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes – this will be a large portion of the job duties, must be comfortable working with new hires
* Support payroll and benefits administration
* Handle general HR inquiries and tasks
Requirements:
* HR knowledge – a plus
* Bilingual
* Team player, Organized, People Person
* Basic Computer Skills
