Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage On-Prem enterprise software and platforms
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office and Mac licenses
- Active directory and Office 365 administration
- SaaS applications configuration and support
- Primary point of contact for all software troubleshooting and support
- Coordinate events and troubleshoot with vendors for SaaS and local systems
- Manage vendor relationship and support contracts for deployed software.
- Identify church requirements and work to create and maintain software infrastructures
- Work with ministries to identify new software needs and configurations, proposing solutions to IT & Data Director for approvals, planning and implementation
- Maintain updated documentation to serve as a single source of truth for platform management, including information on licensing, configuration, vendors, SLAs/support, set ups, etc.
- Assist with helpdesk support items, as applicable and assigned
- Backup Admin for on-premise storage systems and VMs
- Maintain and review applicable portions of departmental budget
- Utilize purchasing processes for approval, ordering, and payment of services and items
- Assist with accurate and timely upkeep of expense reports

Competencies:
- Understanding of the role of technology in supporting church vision and operations
- Extensive knowledge and experience troubleshooting and maintaining SaaS and On-Prem software
- High proficiency in MacOSX and Office365 environments
- Experience supporting Mac, Mobile, and Windows
- Knowledge of technology, protocols, and security related to application configuration and maintenance
- Strong interpersonal & communications skills and teamwork abilities
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time and project management abilities
- Experienced with basic project or work management software (i.e., Monday.com, etc.)
- Love for people that involves recruiting and training a Dream Team (volunteers).
- Willingness to work occasionally outside normal business hours
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years exp. managing SaaS and On-Prem software
- 5+ years exp. providing customer troubleshooting and support of software applications
- Prior experience managing software licenses
- Microsoft Office Suite including Office365, SharePoint
- Azure Cloud experience required (includes Virtual Data Center, SSO/MFA, Cloud Infrastructure, Active Directory
- VM and Storage knowledge is preferred
- Previous experience managing SaaS and On-Prem software inside of a large church preferred
This will be a fully onsite position from Sunday – Thursday. M – TH Hours: (9:00 am – 5:00 PM CST.), Sunday Hours: (7:00 am – 3:00 pm CST.)
