This role is a W2 contract (with potential to convert full-time). Can sit remote anywhere in the US, but prefer Central or Eastern time zones. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager/Owner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Zuora, a subscription billing platform, within our organization. The Product Manager/Owner will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Zuora into our systems and processes. Experience with Zuora is not required, but looking for candidates with ERP/CRM implementation experience at the enterprise level. 


  1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zuora within the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  2. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables for the Zuora implementation.
  3. Work closely with IT teams to configure and customize Zuora to meet the organization’s specific needs and requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for the Zuora implementation project.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring that key features and functionalities are implemented in alignment with business priorities.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Zuora within the organization.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Zuora effectively and efficiently.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Zuora post-implementation, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager leading Enterprise Level ERP/CRM implementations.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Zuora implementation experience is a plus.
