Hiring: Senior AI Solutions Engineer
Hybrid Schedule – Austin
This isn’t traditional software engineering. This is AI as the operating model.
You’ll work in small, high-impact teams (3–5 people) delivering at outsized speed by building and leveraging near-autonomous, AI-driven pipelines—from requirements to production.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI-native delivery pipelines with minimal human intervention
- Design intelligent, self-healing systems that rethink traditional UI with AI-first experiences
- Own full-stack delivery within a business domain (no handoffs)
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS
- Apply agentic workflows, AI code generation, and automated testing across the SDLC
- Operate within HIPAA, SOC 2, and insurance regulatory constraints
