Job Title Project Leader – Alarm License (California)            
Job Duties
• Knowledge of building and construction      
• Excellent time management and leadership skills      
• communication skills with customers and other construction team      
• Verbal and written communication skills.     
• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations and policies      
• Progress and quality control for equipment installation and commissioning      
• Providing technical assistant for customers to support design, tender clarification,
system configuration, testing and commissioning            

Job Requirements
• Degree in relevant subject in telecommunications/computer science/engineering      
• Experience on Site Management Work for Security & Communication system Installation,       
• Experience in Test & Commissioning and Supervising construction workers and managing subcontractors      
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings      
• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress to staff and the public      
• Monitoring build costs and project progress      
• Maintaining quality control checks      
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise      
• Using project management computer programmes (MS Office, etc)      
Alarm Company Operator Qualified Manager (ACQ) Certificate
