The HT Group has a client with an immediate need for a Manufacturing Sales Director to support direct sales of the AI platform and applications to high-end customers in targeted territories.
Remote/In field/travel
- 120-130k base + unlimited commission (OTE is double, someone making 125k base will make around 250k OTE)
- Working with enterprise clients. Will need to have prior enterprise sales experience, selling manufacutring products.
- Hiring manager is looking for candidates with good tenture at each present/past position.
Responsibilities:
- 6 – 8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in the Manufacturing sector (CPG, Retail, discrete and/or process, preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required (technical background preferred)
- Work closely with potential clients to identify their unique needs and challenges.
- Tailor solutions from product suite, diligently qualifying opportunities at every stage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize success rates and provide critical market insights to product development teams.
- Demonstrated success in engaging with senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Familiar with value-based sellling is essential and experience with various sales methodologies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, NLP, computer vision and generative AI is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
