The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of residential construction projects from initiation to completion in Elgin, TX. This individual must possess strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes. The Residential Construction Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Residential Project Management require
- Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
