We are looking for a Recruiter to recruit and maintain a pipeline of active candidates for our Professional Division. In this role you will recruit, screen, and qualify candidates according to the needs of the client and act as a liaison between candidate and client during the interview process. We have a great reputation and are looking for a “driver” to help continue our explosive growth! Staffing/Recruiting agency experience a must!

Essential Functions:

  • Recruit candidates and Develop Long Term Business Relationships.
  • Pre-qualify, interview, and evaluate all qualified candidates.
  • Write complete, and detailed job descriptions, ensuring an understanding of job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:
  • Match appropriate candidate with job description/search assignment.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Debrief client and candidates after interviews and document all appropriate information.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on all a candidate and client interactions and enter the information in the software system.
  • Conduct follow-up and post placement calls with clients and candidates.
  • When appropriate visit clients to develop and build rapport and nurture further business.
  • Cooperate in the everyday operational aspects of the office so that the atmosphere is professional, supports a successful organization, and develops personal and professional skills.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent business experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
  • 2+ years of Agency experience in a high pressure, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Staffing industry experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, openness, respect, and sensitivity in dealing with others.
  • Ability to interact effectively with candidates and clients at all different levels.
  • Strong customer service and business development skills required.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
  • Thrive in an ever-changing, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
