The HT Group is looking for a Receptionist/Accounting for a client located in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $16-$20 DOE.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Receive and verify business documents
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with preparing bills and reports
- Assist with inventory invoices
- Accurately and timely complete documentation necessary to the business office and other departments
- Perform additional task as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have prior experience in an office environment, AP/AR experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and 10-Key
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Must have strong organizational and communicational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
