The HT Group is looking for a Receptionist/Accounting for a client located in Beaumont. This is a temp to hire position. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $16-$20 DOE.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors 
  • Answer and direct phone calls  
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Receive and verify business documents 
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable 
  • Assist with preparing bills and reports 
  • Assist with inventory invoices 
  • Accurately and timely complete documentation necessary to the business office and other departments
  • Perform additional task as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in an office environment, AP/AR experience preferred 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and 10-Key
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Must have strong organizational and communicational skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
