The HT Group is looking for a Purchasing Clerk for a client located in Orange. This is a Temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – OT as required. Pay is $20-$25hr.
Responsibilities:
- Execute purchase orders
- Collect prices, specifications and additional data required for vendors
- Compose request for supplies, services and materials
- Monitor inventory
- Track and ensure purchase arrive on schedule
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of purchasing experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Prior experience working within ERP system – preferred
- Must have excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Work effectively as a team player while reaching independent goals
