The HT Group is looking for a Purchasing Clerk for a client located in Orange. This is a Temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – OT as required. Pay is $20-$25hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchase orders
  • Collect prices, specifications and additional data required for vendors  
  • Track requisitions and orders 
  • Compose request for supplies, services and materials
  • Monitor inventory
  • Track and ensure purchase arrive on schedule and meets specifications
  • Respond to inquires for order changes and cancellations 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management 

Requirements: 

  • Must have 2+ years of purchasing experience 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite 
  • Prior experience working within ERP system   
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills – communicate effectively in a positive and professional manner
  • Work effectively as a team player while reaching independent goals
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule as needed
