Job Duties:
- Serves as a manager on projects and provides technical expertise to subcontractors in order to adhere to all construction processes designed to complete projects safely and with a high standard of quality.
- Advises senior level supervision and construction management of potential problems, work interferences, schedule difficulties etc.
- Monitors schedule to ensure they match project schedules. Regular inspection the site to check if construction is going well with the schedule. The issues that are not going well should be shared with the internal team members, and hold a meeting with the subcontractor’s manager to assist in resolving construction problems.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Downstream, EPC experience a must
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with above mechanical design tasks
- Ability to lead a Mechanical Engineering team
