The HT Group is partnering with a global insight network to find an upbeat, multi-tasking Office Host. This position will be responsible to make everyone feel welcome as well as growing relationships with clients and guests.

Only local Austin, Texas candidates will be considered for this position! 



Downtown, Austin TX

– Being the “friendly face” of the company and greeting clients, guests, and candidates 
– Issuing visitor badges and validating parking 
– Worked coss-functionally with leadership, operations, marketing, and the consulting team for a variety of responsibilities
– Provide catering assistant when needed
– Respond to facilities inquiries
– Responsible for stocking the break room and organizing conference rooms when needed
– Assisting HR with onboarding new employees when needed
– Answering the main line and transferring to appropriate department
– Other Ad Hoc office tasks when needed 


  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 1-2 years of Administrative and/or Customer Service experience
  • The ability to handle all interactions and communications (verbal and written) with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to work well independently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Superior attention to detail
