The HT Group is seeking an Office Administrator for our client in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The position is fully onsite, Mon-Fri, 8AM–5PM, paying $23/hour.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon), including signing, delivery, shipping labels, pickups, and supply orders
- Maintain office, mailroom, and breakroom supplies; restock and organize inventory
- Clean and reset breakrooms and conference rooms; prepare meeting spaces before and after use
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings, including room scheduling, catering, guest accommodations, welcome signage, and building access
- Submit and track building maintenance requests; coordinate equipment service, furniture deliveries, and shredding services
- Provide front desk support by answering phones, greeting guests, and directing inquiries
- Support employee administrative needs, including key cards/fobs, nameplates, business cards, and system access
- Assist Contracts team with DocuSign and ink signatures, contract processing, compliance logs, faxing, and vendor prequalification documentation
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative support role
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
- Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others and remain productive throughout the day
- Proactive self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates next steps
- Highly organized, personable, and professional with strong interpersonal skills
