The HT Group is partnering with a financial consulting firm here in Austin who is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of past administrative experience, works well in a team setting, is motivated and extremely organized. The main job duties will be working cross-functionally with the leadership team to organize, and run the office successfully, help drive team priorities, help organize events, coordinate with office vendors, maintain general upkeep of the office, and assist with onboarding new hires.
Pay: $25-$30/hour depending on experience

Requirements:
– 4+ years of past administrative experience required
– Ability to work well in a team setting
– Past experience with vendor management
– Ability to work in-office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
