The HT Group is currently looking for a Mechanical Assistant Construction Manager who has experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. Role & Responsibility

  • Owns and manages either Mechanical or Process Piping construction for green field semiconductor factory.
  • Work as a key stake holder of the on-site Project Management team to plan, organize, and supervise projects from inception through construction, commissioning and close-out.
  • Maintain productive relationship with internal business partners and customers.
  • Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal customers and external parties as appropriate. 
  • Utilize and become proficient in the use of construction management programs being considered for use (i.e. Microsoft Project, EXCEL, P6 etc)


  • Mechanical Engineering degree (or related engineering discipline)
  • 2-5 plus years construction management experience.
  • Must have proven successful projects in the Construction Manager role. 
  • Working knowledge of building components, mechanical, process piping and plumbing systems
  • Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred

Key Notes /Requirements

  • Experience of mechanical construction work of semiconductor plant preferred.
  • Especially GCS (GAS & Chemical system)
