- Take Figma designs and dominate them—turning concepts into polished, scalable React components
- Push performance, speed, and responsiveness until everything runs silky smooth
- Bake in SEO best practices so every page hits harder and ranks higher
- Lead browser testing and unit testing to ensure nothing slips through
- Be the powerhouse behind landing pages, product flows, and checkout experiences that convert like crazy
- Bring relentless energy, accountability, and a “get out of my way, I got this” mentality
🎯 Required Skills (Bring the heat):
- Mastery of TypeScript
- Senior-level ReactJS expertise (hooks, state mgmt, patterns—you know it cold)
- Battle-tested Next.js experience
- Elite CSS skills—LESS, SASS, Tailwind, whatever it takes to make it perfect
⚡ Bonus Skills (That make you unstoppable):
- E-commerce experience
- Experience with headless CMS platforms (Sanity, Prismic, Payload, etc.)
- Accessibility fluency (WCAG 2.1 AA / ADA)
