Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect
Job Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and oversee development efforts for complex, enterprise-scale system solutions.
- Translate business vision, objectives, and requirements into end-to-end technical solutions and architecture designs.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership in solving complex business problems through effective and innovative use of technology.
- Contribute to the development of strategic technology roadmaps and detailed technical implementation plans.
- Define system architecture and design across software, hardware, data, integrations, and communication layers.
- Lead and participate in architecture, code, and system design reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
- Serve in a leadership role throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from concept through deployment and support.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology execution.
- Mentor development teams and promote architectural consistency across projects.
Required Skills
- Significant hands-on experience with enterprise technology platforms, including Microsoft .NET.
- Strong working knowledge of development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, and JBoss Application Server.
- Experience with modern development frameworks, including the Microsoft .NET Framework (ADO.NET, WCF, MVC).
- Experience designing or integrating AI-enabled solutions using platforms such as Azure AI and Amazon Bedrock.
- Proficiency in modern development methodologies, including Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) and Agile/Scrum.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise software development or engineering, with a strong focus on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or managing cross-functional application development teams of approximately 10–12 resources.
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-class software solutions in complex, multi-system environments.
