We’re hiring a Lead AI Solutions Engineer (AI-Native Development)
This isn’t traditional software engineering.
You’ll lead a small, high-impact team where AI is the operating model—not just a tool. The mission: design and deliver AI-native systems and near-autonomous delivery pipelines that dramatically increase speed, scale, and engineering leverage.
What you’ll own
• Define and build AI-driven, agentic delivery pipelines (from requirements → production)
• Architect AI-native solutions with intelligent, low-UI experiences
• Lead hands-on development and technical direction within a 3–5 person team
• Design self-healing, self-monitoring systems with minimal human intervention
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge AI tooling (LLMs, agents, automation frameworks)
Tech environment
AWS (serverless + cloud-native), CI/CD, APIs, security (OAuth/SAML), modern AI tooling (LLMs, agents)
Context
You’ll operate in a regulated environment (HIPAA, SOC2), building compliant, auditable AI systems without sacrificing velocity.
