Job Description: LAMP Stack Developer / Administrator
***This role is heavily focused on experience with Saleforce configuration, customization, and LAMP stack integration with Saleforce platform/appexchange***
The candidate will have the skillset and experience to lead and implement various projects within client’s web-based IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include system administration, installations, upgrades, code customizations, research, and development of integrations with third-party Aviation-industry systems, like Quantum Control, and AvSight (Salesforce).
Key responsibilities:
- Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP Administration
- Fedora Linux distribution package management
- Understand and work with legacy procedural PHP code
- Understand and work with legacy PHP-to-MySQL and PHP-to-Firebird database interfaces
- Understand and work with object-oriented PHP code
- Understand, evaluate, and implement APIs between web applications and Salesforce Apps
- Understand and customize workflow configuration of cloud-based Aviation ERP system (AvSight / Salesforce)
- Understand and customize Salesforce reports and forms
Requirements:
- Computer Science or Information Systems degree
- 4+ years experience with LAMP stack (Linux/Apache/MySQL,PHP), preferably with Fedora distributions
- 4+ years experience with MySQL database administration
- 4+ years experience with web APIs, preferably REST
- Experience with LAMP stack integration of Salesforce AppExchange Apps
- Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
- Cloud-based Salesforce configuration and implementation experience
- Component Control, AvSight, or other Aviation-industry ERP system experience a plus
