We are hiring a Helpdesk Analyst for a well established and growing client in the insurance industry.
This individual will work on-site Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in South Austin. Fridays are remote.
While in the office you will support the employees on-site (10-15 agents) + provide remote support to remote agents throughout different locations.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years working as a Help Desk support specialist.
- Able to handle 6-10 tickets per day.
- Able to handles issues such as:
- Mouse issues, issues related to Dialpad (phone system), head set issues, file permission issues.
- Experience supporting Office 365, Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using a ticketing system: FreshDesk preferred.
- Come with a positive attitude and be willing to help out outside of your job description.
Nice to haves:
- Bright Tree – documentation management tool
- Dial Pad – phone system
- Ring Central – used for faxing
- Manage Engine – patch management and remote administration
- Azure Virtual Desktop – remote desktop tool
- CompTIA or other certs
This is a contract to hire position. (Growth opportunities for the right individual.) Must be comfortable working on a small team.
