The HT Group is partnering with a prominent insurance company in North Austin looking for an Insurance Licensing Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for processing and maintaining agents’ licenses.

Monday-Friday: 37.5/hr a week




  • Maintain databases to ensure licenses are renewed
  • Ensure agents are in compliance with required training
  • Maintain and process state licensing renewals and termination
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate agent records
  • Review, sort, and distribute monthly agent reports


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative/customer service experience
  • Insurance licensing knowledge a plus
