Job Duties:
- Create construction project scope and request for proposals of construction
- Conduct negotiations with vendors and sub-contractors and evaluate bids/proposals and process change orders
- Develop contractor work schedule
- Identify and manage risks that could impact the schedule and or success of the project
Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing a team of constructions workers or general contractors
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing large projects
