The HT Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator with expertise in ADP Workforce Now for a short-term temporary assignment. Our client, located in Austin, TX, requires immediate support due to the absence of their HR Assistant from August 22 to August 30. The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient and require minimal training to ensure a smooth transition and continuity in HR operations. There is a possibility for extension based on performance.
Contract: August 22 to August 30
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr
Location: Austin, TX 78703
Schedule: In-office, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process
- Oversee job postings, manage candidates and applicants for three current open positions, and ensure timely updates in the ADP Workforce Now system
- Work with managers to ensure job statuses are updated
- Initiate and manage background checks for new hires
Requirements:
- ADP Workforce Now Expertise
- Experience with general HR functions and recruiting coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
