The HT Group is partnering with an locally owned environmental services company to find an HR Compliance Specialist (OFCCP)! This person will develop, oversee, and implement regulatory and HR program management to ensure compliance with federal regulations. This role focuses on maintaining the company’s affirmative action plan (AAP), managing records, job postings, the hiring process, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of OFCCP regulations experience as well as strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee regulatory and HR program management
- Collaborate with Recruiting to meet EEO recruitment goals
- Ensure compliance with the company’s AAP and monitor adherence
- Annually review and update the AAP
- Support the investigation of EEO complaints
- Maintain transparency in EEO data on the company’s webpage
- Compile and submit compliance reports
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures for compliance
- Conduct compliance audits and present findings
- Create and deliver management training sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Background in HR compliance related to AAP, EEO, and OFCCP
- Strong background working with government agencies highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data handling, analysis, and presenting findings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to communicate with employees at all organizational levels
