The HT Group currently looking for HR Assistant Manager who have experience in commercial construction for a multi-billion-dollar semiconductor expansion north of Austin. Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate documentation for onboarding process including background check, I-9 forms, W-4, and other documents
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Conducts or assists with new hire orientation and invoicing
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
  • Assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and PTO/OT submissions.
  • Support and organize HR and/or employee wellness related events
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.


  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Prior related office experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system, and similar computer applications.
