The HT Group has an insurance client in North Austin looking for a Facilities Coordinator to handle general maintenance tasks including light carpentry, basic electrical work, and arranging furniture.

Monday-Friday Fully In Office




  • Conduct general maintenance and repair tasks
  • Request service for equipment as needed
  • Lift, bend, and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • Performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Raises and lowers the American and Texas flags
  • Maintains the breakroom and its supplies
  • Drives company vehicles as needed
  • Collaborate with outside contractors for facility and equipment repairs
  • Assist with internal moves, arranging and relocating furniture and partitions
  • Coordinate recycling of glass, plastic, and paper throughout the offices


  • Strong skills in mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing strongly preferred
  • Ability to solve facility and maintenance issues effectively
  • Capable of interacting with all levels of employees and outside vendors to coordinate tasks
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Clear driving record
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
