The HT Group has a manufacturing client in Houston, TX, looking for a dependable Machine/Equipment Prepper to assist with preparing lottery terminals for deployment. This role involves hands-on work cleaning equipment, removing existing decals, and applying new decals to ensure all machines meet Texas Lottery standards.
Contract Length: 90-day contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prep lottery terminals prior to deployment
- Remove all existing Lottery decals from machines
- Apply new Texas Lottery decals accurately and consistently
- Move machines using carts and assist with loading and positioning equipment
- Perform basic visual inspections to ensure equipment is ready for use
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to lift machines onto carts and maneuver them as needed
- Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in a warehouse or production environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting requirements
