The HT Group is looking for a Document Control Specialist for a client located in Orange. This is a Temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – OT as required. Pay is $16-$20hr.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately control, scan, edit, file, format and distribute electronic files and documents
- Generate reports
- Maintain accurate, updated and organized files
- Track project document number status and revisions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills and use of MS Office products
- Must have 3+ years of experience in an administrative/document control position
- Must have excellent written and verbal communicational skills
- Work effectively as a team player while reaching independent goals
