The HT Group is looking for a Document Control Specialist for a client located in Orange. This is a Temp to hire position. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm – OT as required. Pay is $16-$20hr. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately control, scan, edit, file, format and distribute electronic files and documents 
  • Generate reports 
  • Maintain accurate, updated and organized files 
  • Track project document number status and revisions 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management 

Requirements: 

  • Proficient computer skills and use of MS Office products 
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in an administrative/document control position
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communicational skills  
  • Work effectively as a team player while reaching independent goals
