The HT Group is partnering with a reputable law firm in Dallas to find a District Administrative Assistant! This person will provide administrative and operational support to attorneys and administrative leadership within the district. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating communications, scheduling, reporting, and office management.

Location: Dallas TX 75205 (On-Site)
Comp: $55-60k
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for district leadership, attorneys, and staff regarding administrative processes and scheduling
- Prepare and update Board meeting agendas for Attorney and Legal Assistant review, ensuring deadline compliance
- Post agendas with the appropriate County and Districts
- Revise meeting minutes and distribute meeting packets via email and mail
- Place quorum calls to Board members in regard to attendance requirements
- Coordinate posting certificates with consultants and counties
- Track pending projects and documents
- Schedule and arrange meetings
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Law firm experience is a plus
- Client facing communication experience preferred
- Must have strong editing, proofreading, and formatting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely attentive to detail and organized
- Proficiency in MS Office
