RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather, document, and translate complex requirements between clients and vendors to execute on platform campaigns, testing and changes
- Serve as a go-to-market consultant and liaison between marketing ops and other key stakeholders to help translate marketing strategy into actionable execution tactics
- Operate in a cross-discipline environment where you will foster and develop relationships with subject matter experts across analytics, modeling, creative ops, and technical teams.
- Partner with paid media and other digital/analog channels to identify opportunities for cross channel collaboration and cross targeting capabilities / use cases
- Collaborate with marketing campaign & data teams to identify related system or field needs to drive and deliver dynamic content
- Ensure that delivery of solutions and campaigns are within requirements, procedures, regulations, and agreed upon service levels
- Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the real-time digital marketing platform including real-time transaction results and analytics
- Research and escalate technical and platform related issues that impact the ability to deliver services to the client
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot testing strategies between technology teams and vendors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in corporate web operations preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an advertising operations role – either at an agency or advertiser/client
- Experience with leveraging decision engines, offer engines and marketing automation platforms (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Aprimo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta, PEGA, Oracle/BlueKai, etc.) to drive personalized website experiences and messaging
- Expertly manage internal and third party stakeholder relationships
- Strong demonstration of development and communication of senior management level presentations
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential
- Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of frequent change
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot pixels/third party ad-tags
