The HT Group is partnering with a Nutritional Supplement company here in Austin who is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing team in south Austin. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service call center setting, has past experience with a CRM, has proven success working in a remote setting, is able to work a flexible schedule, and can start ASAP. Our client has won multiple awards for best places to work, commonly has work get togethers and potlucks, and is very family friendly. Model: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Friday-Monday, 10 hour days
Friday & Monday 9am-8pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am-7pm
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Fully in-office for training, hybrid following that
Requirements:
– 2+ years of past experience in a call center setting
– Past experience working with a CRM
– Dependability, drive, and “go-getter” attitude
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Desires:
