The HT Group is partnering with a health and fitness company to find Call Center Representatives! In this face-paced role, you will be supporting customers with any issues and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated and a problem solver with previous overnight call center experience within the last year.

Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with day-to-day issues relating to e-commerce and virtual products through email, chat, social media, and phones
- Process returns once received, address verification, and other non-customer-initiated tasks
- Assisting vertical teams such as loss prevention and trainers as needed
- High quality, efficient production to meet pre-determined metrics relating to performance including productivity and customer satisfaction
- Attempt to answer questions with all available resources before escalating
Requirements
- Candidates must have previous experience in a call center environment to be considered
- Must be able to start on 10/3/2023
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous sales, social media, and customer service experience is a plus
- Multitask across multiple channels (email, chat, voice, social media)
- Ability to self-manage daily tasks and productivity
- Ability to keep accurate and consistent records
